Kentucky Licensed RN QA Manager

A company is looking for an RN Quality Assurance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of the clinical quality assurance program, including chart audits and provider feedback

Conduct clinical documentation and compliance audits, ensuring adherence to standards and identifying areas for improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support provider performance and refine QA processes

Required Qualifications

Active RN license required (multi-state licensure preferred)

5+ years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a quality assurance or clinical compliance role

Experience in behavioral health, telehealth, or ambulatory care preferred

Strong knowledge of documentation standards and regulatory compliance

Experience managing QA teams or peer review programs preferred
