Order Processor

A company is looking for an Order Processor to manage the ordering of raw materials for installation processes.

Key Responsibilities

Verify proper quantities of raw materials and order from approved vendors

Prepare purchase orders and communicate delivery dates or back order statuses

Coordinate with various teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Minimum of two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Bilingual experience (English / Spanish) preferred but not required

Thorough knowledge of products related to installation processes

Strong organizational skills and working knowledge of order processing systems
