The salary range for this exempt position has been established at : $110,000-$145,000. Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide real-time support for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case development and pre-Letter of Request (LOR) activities. The SME will be responsible for guiding program teams, providing technical and strategic expertise, and ensuring compliance with U.S. Air Force (USAF) Security Assistance programs. This role requires deep knowledge of FMS processes, acquisition strategies, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

General Duties :

• Provide subject matter expertise on FMS case development, including LOR and Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) processes.
• Assist in identifying requirements, acquisition planning, sustainment strategies, and training needs for FMS programs.
• Collaborate with U.S. Air Force (USAF), international partners, Security Cooperation Organizations, and industry stakeholders.
• Support risk analysis, cost estimation, and program assessments for FMS programs.
• Aid in preparing FMS documentation, including Pricing & Availability (P&A) data, LOA documents, and Manpower Travel Data Sheets (MTDS).
• Work closely with the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), and other relevant agencies.
