We are looking for teachers / tutors who can work with Kindergarten, elementary & middle school children in a small group setting. Genie Academy offers paid training and a work environment with stable after-school hours.

Our staff is helpful and supportive while our clientele is both established and trusted. We offer a structured curriculum alongside a comfortable classroom setting that fosters learning and creativity. Our students are motivated and bright, but are also in need of your help!

Compensation

Genie Academy's starting hourly wage ranges from $20 to $25 an hour depending on your experience PLUS Bonus

Our Coaches (Tutors) are divided into three tiers : Silver, Gold, and Platinum. New hires are in the Silver tier.

As you develop your skills and reputation you will move into the higher tiers. Our Gold & Platinum tier teachers may earn anywhere from $22 to $50 an hour for their classes with our accrued bonus program.
