Love working outdoors and leading by example? Were looking for an experienced and customer-focused Lead Pool Technician to join our energetic, growing team!

What You'll Do :

  • Lead and perform expert pool maintenance, including comprehensive water testing, chemical balancing, cleaning, and equipment inspections.
  • Diagnose and complete light repairs, including light plumbing, pump and motor replacements, filter maintenance, and other equipment issues.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for complex troubleshooting and water quality challenges.
  • Deliver excellent service, build great client relationships, and act as a primary point of contact on site.
  • Lead pool opening / closing procedures and other specialized services.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Proven experience in professional pool maintenance and repair.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • A positive attitude, natural leadership qualities, and a team-player mentality.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and highly detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable lifting 50 lbs and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Great communication and customer service skills.
  • Loves working outdoors.
  • A valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record are required.

    • Requirements :

  • 18+ years old
  • Working cell phone with data services
  • Willingness to work in high outdoor temperatures and / or light rain
  • Must pass a background check
  • Reliable transportation to / from our office
  • Available MonFri (some weekends required in peak season)
