Love working outdoors and leading by example? Were looking for an experienced and customer-focused Lead Pool Technician to join our energetic, growing team!
What You'll Do :
- Lead and perform expert pool maintenance, including comprehensive water testing, chemical balancing, cleaning, and equipment inspections.
- Diagnose and complete light repairs, including light plumbing, pump and motor replacements, filter maintenance, and other equipment issues.
- Serve as the go-to expert for complex troubleshooting and water quality challenges.
- Deliver excellent service, build great client relationships, and act as a primary point of contact on site.
- Lead pool opening / closing procedures and other specialized services.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Proven experience in professional pool maintenance and repair.Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.A positive attitude, natural leadership qualities, and a team-player mentality.Reliable, self-motivated, and highly detail-oriented.Comfortable lifting 50 lbs and working outdoors in various weather conditions.Great communication and customer service skills.Loves working outdoors.A valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record are required.Requirements :
