ARQ General Contracting is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of project delivery-from preconstruction planning to project closeout. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to deliver best-in-class projects on schedule and within budget. Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership : Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of assigned projects to ensure successful delivery on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
• Preconstruction : Participate in estimating, budgeting, and bidding. Develop work plans, project schedules, and subcontractor scopes of work.
• Contract Management : Prepare, review, and administer contracts, change orders, purchase orders, and submittals.
• Team Coordination : Collaborate closely with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clients to maintain alignment and resolve conflicts.
• Financial Oversight : Monitor budgets, forecasts, pay applications, and cost control measures while providing accurate reporting to leadership.
• Scheduling : Develop and update project schedules, ensuring proper sequencing and resource allocation.
• Quality & Safety : E nforce company and regulatory standards for quality assurance and jobsite safety, conducting site visits and inspections as needed.
• Client Relations : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Closeout : Oversee punch lists, warranty documentation, and successful project turnover.
