Location : Holyoke, CO - 135 miles from Denver International Airport

Facility : Melissa Memorial Hospital

Start Date : As soon as credentialed

Schedule : 7, 24-hour shifts per month

Position : ER / Inpatient Hybrid Program

Procedures : Intubations, Vent Management, Central Lines, Chest Tubes, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Dislocation Reduction, ED Bedside Ultrasound, Lumbar Puncture, Adult Resuscitation, Peds Resuscitation, Procedural Sedation.

Bed Count : 11 Beds total - Acute, Swing and SNF

Average ER Volume : 110 / month

Average Inpatient Volume : 4

Average Length of Stay : 2.5 days

Sub Specialty Support : Anesthesia, General Surgery, Cardiology, Ortho, Podiatry, Oncology, Wound Care, PT, Occupational Therapy, Cardio Therapy, Chemotherapy

SNIF : requires daily rounding at 10 : 00am

Lodging : On campus, one-bedroom apartment available
