Parkwood Behavioral Health System provides behavioral health and chemical dependency services to the Mid-South region and has been in business since 1987. We are located in Desoto County, in the northwest corner of Mississippi and approximately 7 miles south of Memphis.

We offer a full continuum of care that provides treatment options to meet the individual needs of adults, adolescents and children. Teacher (Substitute / Assistant)

PRN (As Needed)

We are currently recruiting a Teacher Assistant / Substitute Teacher to work on an as needed basis (PRN) . The Teacher Assistant / Substitute Teacher will assist students with IEP's who need additional support with the online Edgenuity platform. Additionally, the Teacher Assistant / Substitute Teacher will assist with minor clerical needs as requested and support behavioral treatment goals in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Parkwood Behavioral Health System.

Qualifications

Education :

Bachelor's Degree required in a behavioral health field.

Experience :

One year in a Special Education classroom preferred

Licensure / Certification :

CPR Certification
