POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Fabricate product per job specs and drawings
- Prepare workstations per Lead Assembly Technician direction
- Read, and understand shop drawings, blueprints, product specifications, and process documents
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure product meets job specs and tolerances
- Be knowledgeable on all hardware and fastener types
- Handle and transport material with forklift and overhead crane
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment
- Report issues with tool, equipment or unsafe conditions
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned
MINIMUM SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Able to perform manual operations requiring adept dexterityAble to competently perform visual inspection of finished partsFamiliarity with power tools, forklift and overhead craneAble to meet physical demands of the job : standing for extended periods, lifting loads up to 50 pounds, squat, bend or kneel while wearing a tool beltComfortable working in a variety of weather conditionsForklift certificateOverhead crane training and certificationRigging training and certificationAdhere to all OSHA and Swinerton safety practices and proceduresSUMMARY OF BENEFITS :
