Call Expectations: Minimal call requirements, providing a healthy work-life balance
Lifestyle and Schedule
Work Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts between Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Flexibility: Eligible for a compressed/flexible work schedule to align with your personal and family priorities
Location: Choose from Casa Grande, Safford, Sierra Vista, Green Valley, Yuma, Northwest, and Tucson – Arizona
Compensation and Incentives
Salary Range: $263,000 - $280,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
Incentives: Performance bonuses, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance

Duties and Responsibilities
As a Primary Care Physician within our PACT (Patient Aligned Care Team), you will:
Provide comprehensive care to a panel of adult patients, from young adults to elderly.
Work seamlessly with other healthcare team members to support VA quality and patient satisfaction initiatives.
Optimize patient health through direct patient care, ordering diagnostic testing, prescribing medications including contraceptive medications, consulting with specialty services, and utilizing computerized/electronic medical records.
Deliver patient care in accordance with professional standards, core values, and commitment to service excellence.

Requirements
Citizenship: US Citizen
· Visa Sponsorship: This position is open to qualified non-U.S. citizens if no suitable U.S. citizen is identified. We welcome applications from J-1 visa candidates who meet the qualifications for this role.
Licensure: Must have an active and unrestricted license in any US state
Education: Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
Training: Residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine in any US state
Certification: Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) or American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM)
