As a Speech Language Pathologist , your role will involve delivering tailored speech therapy services to elementary school students, focusing on their unique diagnoses and needs to foster improvements in speech functioning. Your responsibilities will encompass :
- Evaluating students' communication abilities and creating individualized, evidence-based therapy programs.
- Monitoring progress using data-driven practices and providing valuable feedback to support students' personal goals.
- Implementing effective and engaging speech therapy techniques in settings that cater to each child's requirements.
- Writing thorough progress reports and adjusting therapy plans as necessary to optimize student outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate case records in compliance with agency policies and state regulations.
- Ensuring timely documentation of session notes and billing within 24 hours of each client visit.
- Establishing respectful communication with families for effective scheduling and support.
- Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and managing appropriate treatment plans.
- Leading staff trainings and sharing best practices to enhance clinical service quality.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals to support holistic care.
- Fulfilling additional responsibilities to positively contribute to the clinical team.
Qualifications Required :
