Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year

Job Description:
Join a well-established insurance agency with over a century of experience. We are looking for a Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to manage and service a portfolio of commercial accounts. The role involves providing exceptional client service, managing client communications, overseeing account renewals, and ensuring accurate documentation. You will be working closely with producers, carrier underwriters, and a supportive team in a collaborative, positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Handle the full account management cycle from A-Z for commercial lines clients, including renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters.
Assist clients with coverage-related questions and provide clear, timely solutions regarding policies, rate changes, and billing inquiries.
Manage submissions for renewals and new business, ensuring timely communication with underwriters and clients.
Prepare accurate presentations and proposals for client meetings and renewals.
Assist in marketing efforts to secure competitive rates and coverage for clients.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance (experience in personal lines is acceptable, but commercial is essential).
Active Property & Casualty license.
Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
