Responsibilities:

• Prepare tax and title documents

• Submit all legal transfer documents to the DMV

• Receive and process paperwork from the F&I department

• Refund and calculate state inspection fees accordingly

• Maintain TT&L schedule

Qualifications:

• Previous Experience Titling in the Car Industry-Minimum Of 3 Years' Experience

• Experience in CDK/ADP

• Experience in WEBDEALER

• Experience In Data Entry

• Knowledge Of Standard Accounting Procedures

• Ability To Prioritize and Multitask

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts due for title transactions

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as sales agreements, tax and title documents, and procedure manuals

• Knowledge in Texas Title rules and regulations
