What You’ll Do - (Cold Call & Account Management)
- Sell Water Purification Systems (Wellsys, FloWater, in Place of 5-gal Bottle Systems
- Sell Coffee Services - Including Equipment (DeJong Duke, Bunn, Newco, and Consumable Goods (coffee, powders, creamer, sugars)
- Sell Commercial Ice Machines - Follett, Manitowoc, Wellsys
- Take ownership of accounts and projects, setting priorities and driving them forward with confidence.
- Troubleshoot challenges quickly, deliver solutions, and move on to the next opportunity.
- Work under pressure and tight deadlines, thriving in environments with multiple stressors.
- Communicate persuasively and conceptually, while using specifics when necessary to ensure clarity.
- Delegate detail work when appropriate, but insist on quality and accuracy in all outcomes.
- Innovate by proposing unconventional solutions, balancing logic with creativity.
- Supervise progress to ensure standards are met, while maintaining flexibility in approach.
- Contribute to a loosely structured environment where initiative and ingenuity are valued.
