What We Are Looking For :

A driven and mission focused Angel Tree Christmas Program Manager to create a positive and productive experience for our church partners. This role focuses on understanding the needs of churches and coordinators to implement a well-run and well-resourced Christmas program. This is done through working closely with IT to ensure that all digital applications are operating correctly and efficiently, as well as through customer support. Expectations of this role include :

• Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions
• Improve and maintain digital tools used in the implementation of the Christmas program
• Test and support new IT initiatives and program improvements to ensure full usability
• Provide data monitoring and maintenance across Salesforce and Angel Base platforms to ensure optimal church experience and clean data
• Serve as checkpoint for incoming data related to church programs and ensure that all training tools and resources are accurate, current, and enhance the user journey
• Provide customer support to ensure timely ticket resolution

Qualifications :

This is a remote / work from home position with an up to 10% travel component.

Salary at Prison Fellowship is determined by a variety of factors. For this position, the salary range is projected to be between $60,000 and $65,000.
