Job descriptionGraduation from an accredited NP program Valid NP license and DEA certification in Wisconsin (Minnesota a plus) Experience in primary care, geriatrics, or in-home care preferred Proficiency with EMR systems Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required Strong interpersonal skills, especially with seniors and disabled individuals
Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to lead a care team and provide in-home primary care to seniors in assisted living and long-term care facilities across Wisconsin and Minnesota.
- Opportunity for future growth into full-time roles and management positions.
- Flexible scheduling with competitive compensation up to $145,000 / year.
- Involves on-site patient visits with minimal remote work.
- Collaborate with clinical support teams to develop care plans and make clinical decisions.
