Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a LPN / LVN Skilled Nursing for a travel job in David City,, Nebraska.

  • Shift : 12 hour nights; 6
  • Facility : St. Joseph's Villa and Court, David City, Nebraska
  • Facility Type : Skilled Nursing / Assisted Living
  • LPN Requirements :

    • Minimum 2 years LTC experience

  • Active LPN license in Nebraska or compact state
  • BLS certification (AHA)
  • Schedule : 12H shifts, 36 hours per week, every other weekend
  • Resident Areas :

    • St. Maria and St. Frances hallways for LTC residents

  • St. Theresa's Garden for Memory Support (avg. 8 residents)

    • REQUIREMENTS :

  • W / RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE
  • UPDATED RESUME
  • LICENSE
  • BLS CERTIFICATE
  • 2-3 REFERENCE
