Qualifications :
- Must be a graduate of an 80-120 hour nursing assistant course and registered to practice in the state of Wisconsin as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- High school graduate or equivalent is preferred
- Must be able to perform all the requirements of the nursing assistant job description
- Must have no performance / attendance issues documented in the past year
- Must possess good communication skills and a willingness to work with all team players
- Must possess the ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing nursing practices
- Previous experience in a health care facility is desired
- Must have an acceptable criminal background check
Status :
The Certified Nursing Assistant is directly responsible to the Charge Nurse or Shift supervisor.
