This is a name brand residential services HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical brand name organization, and Albuquerque's most trusted name in home services, is looking for an experienced and hands-on HVAC Branch Manager to lead our growing HVAC team.
This leadership position carries full P&L responsibility for HVAC service and installation operations. We're seeking someone who brings energy, strategic thinking, and a passion for developing people, while driving operational excellence and delivering top-tier service.
What You'll Do :
Lead with urgency, integrity, and professionalism, representing the Wagner brand.Manage all branch operations, including HVAC service, installation, customer experience, staffing, and profitability.Develop and execute branch-level strategies aligned with company growth goals.Drive revenue and margin goals while ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.Mentor and coach HVAC managers, technicians, and support teams.Partner with leadership on talent development, training, and succession planning.Collaborate on recruiting efforts and foster a high-performance, team-oriented culture.What You Bring :
5+ years of HVAC leadership experience in a residential service environment.Proven success managing P&L, driving KPIs, and improving operational performance.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience overseeing both installation and service operations.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ServiceTitan is a strong plus.Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.Sales and customer service background highly desirable.Compensation & Benefits :
