Construction Project Manager (Northern Virginia)

Responsibilities

• Ensure completion of projects on schedule and within budget.
• Review contract scope.
• Provide all contract administration including RFI's, pay applications, submittals.
• Process change order request
• Process all paperwork submitted to accounting to include job invoices, save / loss reports, billing projections, etc.
• Conduct regular site inspections and attend GC meetings as needed.
• Work with estimating department as needed on upcoming projects or drawing revision changes.
• Maintain good customer relations.
