F.H. Furr Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical is looking for a highly organized Install Coordinator to join our team and oversee installation jobs across our Maryland market. What You'll Do :
- Coordinate and schedule installs work closely with customers, technicians, and installers to schedule installation jobs efficiently
- Process paperwork ensure all necessary documents are completed, submitted, and properly filed for each installation
- Order permits & schedule inspections handle all necessary permit applications and coordinate inspections to ensure compliance with local regulations
- Register equipment for warranties submit required warranty registrations to manufacturers on behalf of customers
- Communicate with customers keep homeowners informed every step of the way, ensuring a seamless and stress-free installation experience
- Support install teams serve as a point of contact for field technicians, assisting with any logistical or administrative needs
- Ensure accuracy double-check paperwork, permits, and job details to prevent errors and delays
