The Sales Strategy Specialist drives sales enablement, product education, and strategic insights to support revenue growth and market competitiveness. This role also contributes to revenue planning and sales performance tracking to drive informed, data-backed decision-making

Essential Duties : Deliver Market & Competitive intelligence

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the Sales team by providing actionable insights, optimizing processes, and supporting revenue growth initiatives.
  • Conduct ongoing market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend monitoring to inform sales strategy and product positioning.
  • Provide timely, strategic intelligence that enables the business to stay ahead of market shifts.
  • Lead the development and communication of insights that strengthen sales readiness and support evolving market demands.

Essential Duties : Support Sales Performance Tracking

  • Contribute to revenue tracking and product analysis for building vertical strategy and product roadmap development.
  • Track sales performance against targets, analyze gaps, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize outcomes.
  • Enhance sales operations by ensuring visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs), revenue trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Essential Duties : Develop & Manage Sales Enablements

  • Create, maintain, and support enablement materials that drive successful onboarding and ensure that Sales Executives are equipped with relevant, up-to-date knowledge aligned with company strategy and market standards.
  • Develop tailored sales materials such as presentations, case studies, one-pagers, and vertical toolkits that reflect current product capabilities / Ad / product spec sheets.
  • Minimum Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 4-5 years successful digital advertising and / or brand partnerships experience
  • A proven track record for meeting or exceeding metrics and KPIs and driving renewal business
  • Desire and excitement to play a “player / coach” role when needed
  • Comfortable working with data and analytics, using metrics and KPIs to make informed decisions and track the success of sales
  • Ability to design and implement efficient workflows while continuously learning and improving on best practices and industry trends
  • An ambitious startup mindset with demonstrated ability to think strategically about our clients and offering, while also being able to roll-up your sleeves and execute tactically
