Job descriptionShift times : Sat, Sun : 6a-6p, 2p-12a, 6p-6a. Mon-Fri : 6a-3p, 12p-9p, 3p-2a, 9p-6a Volume : 27,400 Patients per hour / day : 1.75 PPH EMR system : EPIC Credentialing information : Providers must go to the facility approximately 2 weeks in advance of the cred meeting for their drug testing - this is a requirement. All applicants are required to complete a drug screen and alcohol screen. This must be completed at least 2 weeks prior to credentials committee. They do not allow this to be completed anywhere but at their own occupational health department. So anyone applying for privileges at this site must be willing to drive up there to complete this or their file will not go to Credentials. They will also be required to complete interviews after their files are deemed complete but prior to credentials committee. Credentialing process will take about 120-180 days. Site requires an onsite interview, drug and alcohol screening. These items can only be done once all verifications are back. Results take 2 weeks to get back and must be back before committee meetings.
