Key Responsibilities

Oversee strategic planning and operational execution for Community Health Worker programs

Manage the hiring and training of Community Health Workers, ensuring alignment with community needs

Utilize technology and analytics for continuous improvement of client programs and ensure accountability for customer success metrics

Required Qualifications

Clinical degree (MSW / LCSW, NP, MD) plus MBA

10+ years of experience in healthcare operations and quality leadership

In-depth understanding of value-based care and Medicare / Medicaid financing

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects

Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
