Insurance Sales Position Overview

The Villella Olson's American Family Insurance agency in Arden Hills, MN, is on the lookout for a dynamic and career-driven individual to enhance their team. Joining this team means you'll engage with the community, fostering relationships that help grow the agency's presence while offering a suite of American Family insurance products, such as auto, property, life, and business coverage. Responsibilities

• Prospects for new business through leads, phone calls, networking events, trade shows and personal contacts.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Educating clients on various insurance products and coverage options.
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Staying updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to offer informed advice to clients.
