We are looking for an experienced Restoration Technician to join our team! You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water and Fire Restoration jobs. This includes the completion of drying, demolition, and other restoration activities.
You are IICRC certified with meaningful previous experience in cleaning / restoration. You hold yourself to a high standard and care deeply about the quality of your work and its impact on customers and your team.
- $500 Bonus after first 3 months employment

Responsibilities :
Perform production / restoration process per work order and crew chief instructionsInventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each projectMaintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipmentPrepare rooms / areas for work activitiesLeave job site with a clean and orderly appearanceCommunicate openly with crew chief and other techniciansQualifications :
Experience in cleaning and restorationIICRC certificationExperience serving commercial propertiesValid drivers licenseHigh school diploma or GEDPhysical Requirements :
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)Ability to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objextsAbility to sit / stand / walk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to work with / around cleaning products / chemicalsAbility to travel locally and out of state when necessary
