Jeffersonville, IN | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

$18.95 / hr + $0.75 / hr shift differential for 2nd shift
1st Shift : Monday 9 : 00 AM–7 : 30 PM; Tuesday–Friday 10 : 00 AM–7 : 30 PM; Saturday 12 : 00 PM–8 : 30 PM
2nd Shift : Monday 1 : 00 PM–11 : 30 PM; Tuesday–Friday 2 : 00 PM–11 : 30 PM; Every 3rd Saturday 12 : 00 PM–8 : 30 PM with rotational day off

ROLE IMPACT : As a Pharmacy Technician, you’ll support the preparation and dispensing of medications in a fast-paced pharmaceutical distribution center. Your work ensures timely and accurate medication delivery, directly impacting patient outcomes and client satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to regulatory standards, and physical stamina to meet operational demands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare, measure, label, and package prescription medications according to orders

Replenish medication in automated cells and maintain a clean dispensing environment

Rotate inventory stock to avoid medication expiration

Comply with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and record-keeping protocols

Carry and lift products up to 30 lbs. and walk / stand for extended periods

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Indiana Pharmacy Technician License or National Pharmacy Technician License (required)

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous pharmacy experience (required)

Ability to lift and transport up to 30 lbs. consistently throughout shift

Strong basic math, reading, and documentation skills

EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT

Automated dispensing equipment

Physical work including lifting, pushing, and standing for extended durations

Controlled warehouse environment

Compliance-driven, safety-focused workspace

PREFERRED SKILLS

Experience with high-volume pharmacy operations

Familiarity with medication labeling systems

Knowledge of inventory and packaging procedures
