Job description

As a Senior Consultant in the field of Carbon Capture & Utilization (CCU), you'll play a crucial role in the global mission to advance sustainability because currently, only a small fraction of carbon emissions are being captured. Working alongside a team of experts, you'll support and empower companies and governments to drive meaningful progress in CCU, impacting both the environment and energy systems worldwide.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a customer-facing role in which you'll engage with clients to recommend and evaluate carbon capture technologies.

  • Lead and expand technical practices to enhance competitive positioning in carbon capture services
  • Oversee technology qualification, advisory, and verification for carbon capture.
  • Provide preliminary project scopes, develop proposals, and deliver consulting support.
  • Develop tools to assess carbon capture technologies.

    • What You'll Bring to the Job

  • Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Geo-Engineering.
  • 5 to 15+ years of in-depth experience implementing a variety of carbon capture technologies, including an understanding of simulation processes and regulatory aspects. Best if in the energy industry or other industrial companies.
  • A dynamic personality and excellent written and spoken English skills, most likely demonstrated in a technical licensing or business development role.

    • Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
