Job descriptionProvide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help support a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any unusual circumstances. Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and / or suspicious activity according to established protocols. Collaborate with hospital staff and emergency personnel as needed to support a coordinated response to incidents. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying identification, and providing directions or information when requested. Remain alert and attentive to the unique needs of a healthcare environment, including interactions with patients and visitors. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. - Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
