Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Texas elementary school is seeking a bilingual (Spanish / English) Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual services to a growing caseload. This full-time role begins with 21 bilingual students and will likely expand to include monolingual students, with an estimated maximum caseload of up to 35 students .
This position is ideal for an SLP experienced in school-based practice who is confident providing culturally and linguistically appropriate services to elementary learners.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver virtual speech and language therapy to elementary students (bilingual and monolingual)
Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress monitoring
Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each students needs
Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote communication success in the classroom
Participate in ARD / IEP meetings and contribute to eligibility and service planning
Maintain thorough documentation and meet all state and district timelines
Qualifications
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Texas SLP licensure and ASHA CCCs (preferred)
Bilingual (Spanish / English) proficiency
School-based experience preferred, virtual experience a plus
Strong communication and cultural competency when working with diverse populations
