Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Electrophysiology Lab Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 24 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days Employment Type : Travel EP Lab Registered Nurse – Travel Assignment Location : Washington, DC Start Date : November 24, 2025 Shift Options : Day 4x10-Hour (07 : 00 – 17 : 00) Day 4x10-Hour (11 : 00 – 21 : 00) Late Case Coverage : Required three days per week Overview We are seeking an experienced Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Registered Nurse for a travel assignment at a leading healthcare facility in Washington, DC. This role offers consistent scheduling, no floating requirements, and direct on-campus parking for convenience after evening shifts. Responsibilities Deliver specialized nursing care in the EP Lab, supporting electrophysiology procedures and late case coverage Monitor and interpret telemetry and dysrhythmias Operate and manage equipment including Cardio Lab, Medconnect, Zoll, and Life Pak Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to ensure safe and effective patient care Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols Qualifications Active DC RN license (pending license accepted; must be active by start date and submitted with application) ACLS and BLS certifications Minimum 2 years of experience in telemetry, dysrhythmia interpretation, and EP Lab equipment Travel experience required Previous EP Lab, PACU, or ICU experience preferred First-time travelers will be screened Preferred certifications include ACLS and BLS.
