We are a growing homebuilding company dedicated to creating exceptional communities and helping families find their dream homes. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Internet Sales Consultant (ISC) to join our sales team.
Position Overview
The Internet Sales Consultant is the first point of contact for potential homebuyers. This role is responsible for managing online leads, answering inbound lead calls, and setting appointments with our New Home Consultants. You’ll be a key player in creating a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth transition for our buyers from online inquiries to in-person consultations.
What You’ll Do
- Promptly respond to all online leads, phone calls, and inquiries.
- Qualify prospects and set appointments for New Home Consultants.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by being responsive, professional, and knowledgeable.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet company sales goals.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills.Comfortable handling high call volumes and online inquiries.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.Experience in sales, call centers, or real estate is a plus, but not required.Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM systems preferred.What We Offer
