We are looking for an associate with approximately four to six years of law firm corporate transactional experience to join our Corporate Real Estate team in NY. Real estate joint venture experience is ideal, but private M&A experience or private investment funds experience may be suitable. Candidates should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
The Firm pays market salaries to our attorneys. As such, below is the current associate base salary scale:
* 1st year: $225,000
* 2nd year: $235,000
* 3rd year: $260,000
* 4th year: $310,000
* 5th year: $365,000
* 6th year: $390,000
* 7th year: $420,000
* 8th year: $435,000
