A company is looking for a Platform Support Engineer responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting complex issues.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize support tickets according to SLAs, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders
Conduct thorough investigations to identify root causes of technical challenges and collaborate on effective solutions
Provide frontline technical support for platform-related issues reported by customers and internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, informatics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in a support team or similar role within a SaaS environment
Experience with ticketing systems and software (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, Asana)
Knowledge of and experience working with REST APIs
Experience mentoring team members and colleagues
