Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position is full-time and is situated in Alma, AR, within a K-12 school setting, allowing for impactful work with students from varying backgrounds and needs.
Qualifications :
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school and healthcare settings
- Familiarity with a multidisciplinary approach to therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Proficient in assessment and treatment of speech and language disorders

Responsibilities :
Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needsDevelop and implement individualized therapy plansCollaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students goalsMonitor and document students progress and adjust therapy as neededParticipate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate records of therapy sessionsProvide guidance and support to families regarding ongoing therapyBenefits :
