Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Support machine installations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
• Perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and facility systems.
• Build, install, calibrate, and repair machinery, pumps, conveyors, and related equipment.
• Program, operate, and maintain CNC, automated, and electromechanical systems.
• Fabricate and assemble mechanical components; read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and P&IDs.
• Conduct quality checks, record data, and maintain documentation and repair / service records.
• Operate and maintain high-pressure systems, pumps, and auxiliary equipment to optimize production reliability.
• Identify and correct programming, wiring, or equipment issues to reduce downtime.
• Streamline processes by adjusting machinery settings and implementing continuous improvement practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (OSHA, EPA, NEC, etc.).
• Participate in emergency response activities as needed.
• Train and assist co-workers in safe and efficient equipment use.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
