Clinical Pharmacist at Providence Saint John's Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. This position is 7 on-7 off position and will work 10-hour, Night shifts.

The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Required Qualifications :

• PharmD : Pharmacy Doctorate, or bachelor's degree in pharmacy.
• California Pharmacist Registered upon hire.
• When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license.
• Where applicable Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS).
