Office Move
Serve as the on-site coordinator for an upcoming office relocationLiaise with vendors (IT, movers, facilities, etc.)Oversee packing, labeling, and organizing materialsEnsure the new office is fully set up and ready for Day 1 operationsAct as the primary administrative point of contact throughout the transitionOngoing Office
Manage mailroomUSPS, FedEx, UPS, corporate shipping accountsAssist with ordering and inventory of office supplies and equipmentProvide virtual administrative support to other offices as neededAssist staff with formatting documents and preparing deliverablesSupport the front desk and facilities teams as backup when neededEnsure all equipment and office procedures are maintained and efficientRequired
4–5 years of administrative experience (flexible for candidates with strong aptitude and professionalism)Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel / Smartsheet, Teams, PowerPoint)Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independentlyAbility to manage competing deadlines and prioritiesComfortable lifting up to 40 lbs (e.g., paper boxes, packages)Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential informationFinancial acumen to manage basic budgets and invoicesAimHire is an equal opportunity employer.
