Shift Leaders Wanted

We are looking for Shift Leaders to join our Jimmy John's team! Shift Leaders are responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.

Responsibilities : Team Environment :

• Support a respectful team environment
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results with team members
• Support the training of crew members as requested
• Provide coaching and feedback to crew members
