Hours : 40 hours per week Normally 8 : 00am 4 : 00pm

High Level : Assist with Mailroom and Loading Dock functions for the site. Additionally, may escort people and support the Building Operations team as needed.

Receiving Operations

• Scheduled Deliveries : Coordinate with carriers for delivery windows.
• Space Management : Maintain organized sorting areas with clear labeling for different tenants / departments.
• Chain of custody : Utilize a chain of custody tool when receiving and delivering packages.
