Collections Representative

Our client in the DFW, TX area is seeking a temporary Collections Representative to assist their team.

The Collections Representative will have experience in the following :

• Perform insurance medical billing collections and resolve claim denials
• Call insurance providers, submit appeals, and manage authorizations to validate denied claims
• Research and resolve denial issues and resubmit claims to insurance companies
• Provide documentation to align appeals with contract agreements and policies
• 5+ years experience of hospital medical billing / insurance collections experience
• 2+ years of Epic software experience
