Key Responsibilities include scheduling all subcontractors and material suppliers, ensuring work complies with plans, specifications, codes, and scope, verifying material deliveries match purchase orders, overseeing subcontractor performance and ensuring quality standards, conducting regular site inspections and vendor evaluations, tracking project progress and maintaining schedules, identifying out-of-scope items and reporting to project managers, providing daily project updates, compiling and resolving punch list items, and performing final walk-through with customers.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, ability to lift 50 lbs regularly, up to 100 lbs with assistance, comfortable working on ladders, in attics, and crawl spaces, knowledge and adherence to OSHA safety guidelines, and excellent customer service and communication skills.

Position Requirements include a valid drivers license, high school diploma or GED (preferred), 2+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or cleaning, and IICRC certification a plus (not required).

Compensation : $59,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
