Compensation Range Hourly : $26.25 - $30.75 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About This Job

The main purpose of this job is to coordinate and provide processing of backup during periods of high volume and staff absences for various functions of higher complexity.

Essential Functions

  • Assist leadership with analyzing more complex daily, weekly, and monthly recon reports and reconciliations are processed timely and accurately
  • Assist leadership with reconciliation clearance process, product resolution and new product line reconciliation implementation
  • Assist leadership to ensure complex reconciliations are completed accurately and timely to support high net worth clients across multiple business lines and trust statements are processed
  • Assist department leadership to ensure processes and audits are completed timely and accurately
  • Coordinate and provide processing of backup during periods of high volume and staff absences for various functions of higher complexity
  • Train and develop team members in the assigned area of procedures and knowledge behind the procedures
  • Complete tasks independently using a wide variety of systems and procedures
  • Analyze processes to identify areas of opportunity to gain efficiency and create process improvements
  • Lead project related tasks as assigned
  • Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting responsibilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of banking industry and wealth management operations, including best practices and regulations of reconciliations
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to solve challenging issues and make decisions
  • Ability to coach and mentor team members
  • Ability to think strategically with a growth mindset and look for ways to streamline processes for efficiency
  • Ability to facilitate projects and assist leadership with reporting as needed
  • Demonstrate SME knowledge of complex tasks performed in all reconciliation areas to function as a backup during periods of high volume and / or staffing deficiencies
  • Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
  • Experience & Education

  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 3+ years financial services industry related experience required
  • Informal leadership experience preferred
  • Performance Management Reporting preferred
  • Hybrid Schedule : In office 2 days per week
