Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.Monitor access points to the residential community, verifying identification and permissions for entry and exit to help maintain community standards.Assist with the registration and tracking of visitors, contractors, and deliveries entering the location.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while coordinating with local authorities and / or Allied Universal management as needed.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all access control activities, incidents, and observations according to site protocols.Communicate professionally with residents, guests, and property management to address inquiries and / or concerns as they arise.Remain alert to unusual activities or conditions at the location and report findings in accordance with Allied Universal and client procedures.Minimum Requirements :
Minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.Customer service experience is preferred.A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.A guard card or license is preferred.Allied Universal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
