Role Overview :
As a Nurse Practitioner, you’ll provide high-quality, evidence-based care to patients across the lifespan. You’ll work alongside physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure seamless care coordination and positive health outcomes.
Qualifications :
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Maryland
- Board certification (FNP, AGNP, PMHNP, etc.)
- 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome if applicable)
- CPR / BLS certification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care

Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Nursing with focus on Psychiatric nursingGraduation from a state-certified advance practice program specializing in psychiatry / mental healthMinimum Required Experience :
At least 1-2 years providing direct client care to persons receiving treatment for psychiatric disordersAbility to work with both adult and youth / child populationsPreferred Experience :
2-3 years of experience as a dual board-certified provider (PMHNP / FNP)Experience in telemedicineLicenses / Certifications :
Must be certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) in Psychiatric Mental Health (PMH) as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)An unrestricted license to practice as an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) in the state of MissouriMust have a valid DEA number and unrestricted DEA license in MissouriA state-issued Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) in Maryland.No suspension / exclusion / debarment from participation in federal health care programs (e.g. Medicare, Medicaid, SCHIP)Other Skills Required :
Experience in delivering high-quality, client-centered careAble to document and navigate EHR independentlyAbility to maintain strict client confidentialityAbility to effectively communicate and interact with individuals involved in all aspects of programming – children, parents, school faculty and staff, grantors, funders, partner agencies, members of the community and Provident team membersServes as a representative of Myndpath, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration and discretion in all interactions with all team members, clients, school system staff and faculty, grantors, funders, regulators and members of the general publicProficient computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work effectively on multidisciplinary teamLanguage Skills : Ability to read, analyze and interpret general and professional documents. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
