Responsibilities

Sales : Engage with potential and existing clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing expert advice on suitable coverage options.

Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and exceed sales targets.

Client Relationship Management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

Policy Management : Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and timely.

Requirements

Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English

Licensing : Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid insurance license to sell Property & Casualty insurance in Texas.

Sales Experience : Prior experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry, is desirable.

Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Customer-Focused : A genuine passion for helping and serving clients, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
