Sunbelt Staffing is hiring an experienced Home Health RN for a 13-week travel contract in Fayetteville, WV. This is a great opportunity for nurses who thrive in a flexible home health environment while enjoying the natural beauty of West Virginia. Locals and travelers both accepted.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct SOC, ROC, Recert, and Discharge visits

Deliver individualized skilled nursing care in patients homes

Maintain accurate documentation through Homecare Homebase (HCHB)

Educate patients and families on care and treatments

Work rotating weekends, on-call, and float as necessary

Qualifications :

Active WV RN license (or compact)

At least 2 years of recent home health RN experience

Proficient with Homecare Homebase (HCHB)

Current AHA BLS certification

Must have reliable transportation, a valid drivers license, and current car insurance

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
