Location : West Boylston, MA

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM (1st Shift)

Pay Rate : $19 / hour

Employment Type : Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Work Environment : Cleanroom (climate-controlled, well-lit, safety-focused)

We provide hands-on paid training and a supportive team environment to help you succeed from day one.

What You'll Do

• Build mechanical subassemblies and final products from blueprints and written work instructions
• Perform basic wiring, mechanical fitting, and assembly of precision parts
• Use hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and light machinery
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly diagrams
• Conduct in-process inspections and light troubleshooting
• Work in a cleanroom environment in small collaborative teams of 2–8
