Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly experienced PMO professional with over 10 years of expertise in Project Management Governance and Reporting. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers stakeholders and leadership teams to drive project governance maintain delivery dashboards and prepare executive-level presentations and reports.
Key Responsibilities :
Support and manage end-to-end PMO activities for multiple projects or programs.
Create review and enhance management and client-facing PowerPoint presentations status reports and dashboards.
Track project progress milestones risks and dependencies using PM tools (JIRA MS Project Clarity or similar).
Maintain and update project governance frameworks templates and documentation.
Support resource planning financial tracking and project budgeting activities.
Facilitate weekly / monthly project review meetings capture minutes and follow up on action items.
Ensure adherence to organizational project management standards and best practices.
Collaborate with global and onshore / offshore teams for status consolidation and reporting.
Provide executive-level reporting and insights on project health risk mitigation and delivery performance.
Drive process improvement initiatives within the PMO to enhance efficiency and transparency.
