FITS Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst with Delta Data products and operations processing expertise. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvements, and supporting the implementation of technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Delta Data products, mutual funds operations, fee billing procedures, and a keen ability to translate business needs into effective workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Pair with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements specific to Delta Data's products and operations.
• Partner with various internal / external administrators, transfer agencies on compliance, audit and financials, while ensuring all accounting functions follow SEC and FINRA regulations.
• Analyze and document business processes and workflows related to fee billing within mutual funds.
• Perform gap analysis to determine current / future state and process flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Ensure the testing and training process are running smoothly.
